PWD Schedule of Rates, Tripura, was first compiled in the year1972, followed by publication or revisions from time to time in order to update the same with, prevailing technology and market rates in 1985, 1990, 1995, 1998, 2002,2008, 2011,
2O17 and2020. These revisions have also been necessitated due to the advent of new technologies, incorporation of new types of work, new machinery as well as adoption of Green Building concept in Schedule of Rates 2023, Vol. II [Building
Works.
