Power Transformer Transportation Rates

Civil Works के लिए Preamble की महत्वपूर्ण बात
BSPTCL के SOR में Civil Works की rates directly include नहीं की गई हैं। इसके बजाय Preamble में clearly निर्देश दिया गया है:
- सामान्य civil works के लिए → BCD (Building Construction Department), Bihar का current SOR
- Flood protection/river water से tower protection → WRD (Water Resources Department) का SOR
- River crossing works → RCD (Roads Construction Department, GOB) का SOR
